Initially, they quoted a low amount and made a lot of promises, but everything quickly fell apart when moving day arrived. They showed up at my new house with only one mover, claiming that more were on the way, which turned out to be a complete lie. To make matters worse, the quoted price tripled on the day they came to load our belongings. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Their treatment of my belongings was utterly disrespectful. Despite labeling boxes as "fragile," they handled everything carelessly. In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, I contacted the police, who agreed that their practices were shady. To make matters worse, the delivery person was so rude that I felt threatened. I ultimately filed complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and the Illinois Department of Transportation. Please, do not trust this company. They appear to be spoofing a reputable company called Illinois Movers, using a similar logo but with no legitimate business registration. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this operation!
