Read More A couple guys from Illinois Movers moved a piece of furniture for me from one house to another and they need a wonderful job. They wrapped each piece and took good care of it while moving it. They were having some mechanical issues with their truck that day and they still came through for me. Thank you! Definitely will use again and will recommend.

Read More They were right on time. I had boxed everything up but had some heirlooms in boxes that I told them about. They got right to work and it did take them six hours to move me, but their quote was spot on. They were friendly, very professional, and I had absolutely no damage to any of my things. They took great care of all my belongings. The office staff was super friendly every time I called and very accommodating. This is the second time I have used Illinois Movers and I highly recommend them!

Read More The movers themselves were good. Unfortunately the company is horrible. I guess that all of the 5 star ratings got what they paid for but we did not! All of our belongings were to be loaded on one truck and moved to our new home. This was not the case and had it been I would not be writing this reply. Broken items are sometimes part of the move but that is not my issue. Our issue is that all of our items were taken to a location where the truck was unloaded and everything was put onto a semi that had multiple moves on that truck.. When our items arrived and unpacked, we discovered that were missing boxes. All of our items were not delivered. We called the moving company and they transferred me to a claims department that only talked about the broken items. We were never able to discuss the issue. They just kept saying that they don’t see anything and would let us know if they find anything. This is not the professional business reply that I expected. When you pay 30k to have someone move you, would think that would work to find your personal items and make it a priority but no, they just kept saying that they don’t have it. At this point I would expect them to contact the other people that hade their possessions on the same truck and see if something was left behind. Also, every box is tagged with a QR code that is connected to a “Lot” number so if it was just sitting around, someone would scan the tag and get the items back to the owners that over paid for a move! So extremely DISGUSTED, DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED in this company that I had to share my experience. I am not one to do so in this manner, usually I only give positive comments or no comment at all but this time it has has hit too hard and too deep. They have a lot of 5 stars, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t help in our case. We just wanted out personal items delivered like they should have been!

When I called I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help since all I needed were some extra hands to help load some furniture onto the moving truck. Team was very pleasant and definitely exceeded my expectations. The movers handled my stuff with care and were all very professional. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great moving company. Thanks again!

Read More I used this company 2 months ago for my move and they were amazing! They were on time, wrapped all furniture for protection and unloaded everything very quickly. They were also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them and will be using them for my next move. They also have fair prices.

I wish I could give zero stars. The movers showed up two hours late without a heads-up. When they finally arrived, they looked like they just rolled out of bed—one guy ... Read More I wish I could give zero stars. The movers showed up two hours late without a heads-up. When they finally arrived, they looked like they just rolled out of bed—one guy had food stains on his shirt. They dragged my furniture instead of lifting it, and my wooden floor now has deep scratches. They also took a “lunch break” in the middle of the job while the clock was still running. And don’t get me started on the attitude! One guy literally sighed every time I asked a question. Avoid at all costs!

The movers were very professional and worked very fast. They moved my 4 bedroom house in about 3 hours. Nothing was broken, they moved my 80" tv and all the furniture by wrapping it and carefully placing it in their truck. The owner called the day before to let me know the guys would be there at 9 and at 8:55 they were already waiting outside. Great company!

Eddie even accommodated us and held our stuff in a secure storage facility overnight when an emergency arose. I am forever grateful for the way they treated us and the care that was used with our belongings. The guys were quick and careful and the price was right. Thanks again Eddie!
