Read More After being relocated to a third-floor flat by Hercules Moving Solutions, I have no idea where to begin (without an elevator). They were flawless in every respect. They showed there 15 minutes early and worked efficiently and effectively despite the rain to finish the job. They were the real deal, and I had a fantastic time with all three of them.

Read More Despite receiving a price for $900, the total cost of my move was above $1,500. They said it took longer than expected, but I saw they were constantly checking their phones. They threatened to remove the remainder of my furniture when I tried to dispute the claim. Paying under pressure is something I deeply regret.

I went with Hercules because the salesman said it looked like they could have the load delivered in 3 days. It took 11. The salesman said it was ok to leave t-shirts an ... Read More I went with Hercules because the salesman said it looked like they could have the load delivered in 3 days. It took 11. The salesman said it was ok to leave t-shirts and light clothing in the dressers. When the movers arrived, they said to unload everything. This added boxes and of course, cost. The salesman said they would target Wednesday as a pickup day and Tuesday would be a backup if Wednesday looked like bad weather or there was some other circumstance that would cause and early pickup. When the driver called, he said no, the first day that comes is primary, the following day is the backup. So he said they might come Tuesday. They did not. They did not come Wednesday. They said they would come Thursday morning. They came Thursday afternoon. The driver said he did not know it was a move from the second floor. Hercules was told it was a second floor move from the beginning. The driver did not expect a large desk. Hercules was told that the desk was very heavy. The load did not even come direct. It went to a Miami warehouse, 300 miles south and out of the way, then was loaded on the truck for delivery in the midwest. Maybe the boxes being handled 4 times is why items were broken when they finally arrived. This is my second long distance move. The first one went well. This one did not. I will not use Hercules again and would recommend anyone considering a long term move stick to the big ones; Allied, North American, Mayflower, etc. And if they don't send a rep to your location, move to the next one.

Read More I had higher expectations of this business. We used them for our move and it has been terrible. The lack of customer service and responsibility has been very unfortunate for us. They have now had our stuff for 22 days and still won't provide me a time as to when we will be getting our stuff. On the scheduled date of delivery, I called them and asked when they would be coming. They told me there would be a 2-3 day delay and I would need to wait. That was weeks ago. Their estimates are meaningless and give you false hope. When I first contacted them for the move they assured me they were some of the best movers and had great reviews. I should have just moved our stuff myself for the price we paid. This has been a terrible experience, and I am not looking forward to continue dealing with it. Please consider other moving options.

Read More This was the worst experience ever my wife and I used this company to move us from GA to TX I’m usually a very understanding person but we were advised that we would be moved on a specific day the movers didn’t show up the day we were told they would be there then once they came they told us it would be delivered by the 2nd which wasn’t what we were promised when we booked but we understood the DOT guidelines so we were ok with them taking two day after day two of waiting and no one showing up my wife called to be told they had up to 10 days to deliver our things and guess what they didn’t show up until day 10 and then the movers had the nerve to force us to tip him saying they still wasn’t going to deliver our things as if he didn’t a favor when we paid for our move our things was damaged and wet broken and missing boxes we were misquoted so the price was way move than what we originally agreed to if you are in need of movers please look elsewhere where this was a horrible experience!
