We opted for the pods provided by the mover, which worked out exceptionally well. I highly endorse this service.

Read More Will never hesitate to come to this company. The office staff was outstanding, who took their time to tackle any query I had until they were sure that I was satisfied. They even guided me through the paperwork and were careful to make certain that I grasped every detail before signing anything. Cannot appreciate them enough!

Read More "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was THE WORST MOVE EVER.....I went with the cheapest quote and it cost me big time. If you call and speak with Gregg he is wonderful to deal with so of course I thought this would be a great experience, sadly it was not. The majority of my furniture was not wrapped, including 5 T.V's, 4 mattresses and 4 Box Springs, dining room and living room table, etc..... my items were damaged along with Real Hardwood Floors. After 2 months my floors did get fixed from the home I sold however my very expensive furniture didn't. They pretended I was so hard to reach but I submitted call logs and text messages to the Better Business Bureau showing they had every opportunity to make this right and they didn't. Also if you look at the people who wrote the reviews on Google, just click on their names and read other reviews they have left. I will let you form your own opinion on the validity of what you just read. My complaint can also be found on the Better Business Bureau for October/November 2021.....in my opinion there are way better moving companies out there. I was offered .60 per pound which will cover absolutely nothing. This move has cost be greatly. All I wanted was someone to show up and fix my furniture. THAT NEVER HAPPENED...... To summarize, Hello Movers (Lutz FL) held my furniture hostage until I paid them an extra 42% on top of the detailed negotiated estimate. My total bill was over $4,000! The company significantly underestimated the cost to get my business. The overage was allegedly caused by extra transit hours that should have been easily determined (inbound and outbound addresses were absolutely known) and material (I boxed up 95% of the contents myself). I would NOT hire Hello Movers. I will leave the details in a follow-up review.

Also they LIE about their price quote it never stays the same. If you ever call them and end up getting a woman named Nicole that answers the phone she is not a honest woman and the movers guy one of them named Jason and the other guys are lazy I recommend you to get any other movers to mover your furniture NOT THESE HELLO MOVERS.
