They were treated poorly, and the brand new boxes now had oil stains, mouse poop in the clothes, and cockroaches coming out of boxes. - I called over and over to try and get some compensation and they offer $125 on a $5,000 move where we had to get all clothes cleaned and the breakage of fragile items was severe. RUN AWAY!
