They meticulously padded and wrapped each and every piece of furniture they loaded. I was also extremely impressed with how they took the time to cover and protect the floors and walls at both locations of our move. I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers if you’re looking for a moving company!
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
They are very careful, curtious I love everything about this company!! I have used them since 2011 every move! Ii include lots of cold water a paid lunch their pick and they are worth a tip!! Mr. Scott and his crew mate rocked today!! They were professional, curtious, and happy to oblige with whatever I needed! Love, love this company!!
I’ve used this company multiple times and confidently refer them to my clients. They consistently go above and beyond without ever needing to be asked. Even the small details matter — they laid down a red rubber rug to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated. Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
