I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
What really impressed me was how smoothly everything was handled for such a big move—no surprises, no hidden fees, and my items arrived exactly when promised in perfect condition. The team was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! Serj and Daniel, the movers, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
This was a great moving experience! I’ve used two other moving companies before and Cross Country Movers was by far the best. Kurt and Paul were quick and efficient and took care of all my items!
They assisted me in packing fragile items I was unsure of how to pack and helped me safely and securely move my furniture. I will definitely book top notch if I ever need moving services. They are truly Top notch!
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
