These men were polite, professional, quick, efficient and went so above and beyond to make sure that everything was to our standards. They wrapped every single thing with utmost care to ensure it's safety; verified with my when they had questions or concerns about anything; showed me if they noticed something was broken before they packed it. All in all phenomenal. I will only be recommending them and utilizing their services for future moves. *side note: they have great taste in music and it was all smiles and good vibes. I could not be happier.

I highly recommend Cross Country Movers

I used Cross Country Movers for the first time this week and had an amazing experience with them! After comparing quotes, this company gave me the best rate and truly the service was above and beyond. The movers I worked with, Dominic and Barry, were so communicative with me and handled my furniture and possessions with the utmost care. They were so prepared and were a pleasure to work with. We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. Useless

When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

professional and VERY affordable.

Words cannot express how exceptional the team, service and company is. Had to move a business sooner than expected , called Affordable Movers after 7pm, they had someone out the next morning for an estimate and on their schedule. Team members handle our stuff with absolute care and went above beyond to help. They were fast, efficient, professional and VERY affordable.

Everything arrived and in perfect shape

Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!

I strongly recommend their services.

As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.
