Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with great organization. Every item was packed securely, nothing was damaged, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process went smoothly and right on schedule — you can tell they have a lot of experience.
What truly made the difference was the downstream team that handled the actual move—they were outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. Their organization and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless. Thanks to the team, our move was smooth and well-managed. I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
When we move we call Cross Country Movers and nobody else! The care they take of our items is always top notch. It’s the patience the guys have with me that I live the most though. I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
