It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.

Used Cross Country Movers for an office move and the team was fast, efficient, and very friendly. We used Aaron Glide to move some items into storage to prep for our upcoming move. Zach and Marcos were excellent! Very impressed with the service they provided and how courteous they were! They were like stealth ninjas moving through the house and packing items. Things were completed within 3 hours and they were on their way! Would definitely use them again!
The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.
The team then moved large, cumbersome items from another household to the new house. The items included an antique upright grand piano. This move was also completed flawlessly. We appreciate the effort and care of the team in completing all parts of this move. Thanks for simplifying our move.
