I highly recommend Cross Country Movers for anyone planning a move. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their team is professional, efficient, and their prices are reasonable. They made my move hassle-free and I couldn't be happier with their service.
I also like that they start the clock from the time they arrive and stop it as soon as they are done . Some other companies charge from and to their warehouse and I don’t think it’s a fair practice . Overall, I would def hire them again and recommend them to friends.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Their teamwork and positive attitudes made all the difference. I can’t recommend Cross Country Movers —and this entire team—highly enough for a seamless, cross-country move.
I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.
The movers were amazing! They showed up right on time, were super careful with my things, and made the whole move way less stressful. Everyone was friendly and professional. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable movers!
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
What really impressed me was how smoothly everything was handled for such a big move—no surprises, no hidden fees, and my items arrived exactly when promised in perfect condition. The team was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. If you’re looking for a moving company you can truly trust for a long-distance move, I highly recommend Cross Country Movers. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and worry-free one.
Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
