Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.
I also like that they start the clock from the time they arrive and stop it as soon as they are done . Some other companies charge from and to their warehouse and I don’t think it’s a fair practice . Overall, I would def hire them again and recommend them to friends.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy.
The movers showed up on time & I was Informed exactly what they would be doing. They were very easy to work with. Anything they packed I’m very confident that it will not be damaged. Very polite & professional. My estimate had no surprises & I would highly recommend them. Excellent job!
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
Everything was placed exactly where it needed to go and put back together perfectly. They were so kind, professional, and finished within just a couple of hours. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone moving in NYC!
Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.
