A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
This is our second time using Cross Country Movers — Igor and Denis were so efficient (& strong!) for our move in the Edgewater area. Super impressed with the speed and diligence in which they worked. Very reliable company and will use for all future moves. Thank you!
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.

It was a tough job, but they were totally friendly, very can-do, efficient, and arrived at our new location within minutes of when they said they would. And the price was extremely competitive! Have cash on hand to tip your Cross Country Movers crew — they earn every dollar! 10/10 strong recommend.
Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
The team lead told me he went ahead and packed the closets for me. I almost cried from relief. They really went above and beyond in my opinion. Erick, Gabe and Kevin were amazing and made sure to take great care of my items and alerted me to possible issues with some of my furniture as far as wear and tear that could become a problem. This move was basically seamless for me and it was all because they made sure it would be. The quote was accurate and there were no surprises. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars
