I recently used Cross Country Movers for a local move and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The 4-man team was not only highly efficient but also completed the move in significantly less time than estimated—finishing in 5 hours instead of the quoted 7. That meant I actually paid LESS than expected—when does that ever happen??? After several moves over the years, this was the first time everything arrived without damage and without any surprise charges. Their pricing was fair, and was able to book them on fairly short notice, and they were on-time - which was critical as we had to schedule a loading dock and freight elevator at our new apartment.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .
Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!
Pasha & John were beyond professional and excellent to work with handling all my belongings with soo much care. Even walked my wonky computer desk to the second location! I had a great moving out/in experience with them. Appreciate their help & would absolutely continue working with Cross Country Movers in the future :)
