If I could do zero star I would

They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. They are cheap and highly suggested.

I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!

I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
