The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The movers showed up on time & I was Informed exactly what they would be doing. They were very easy to work with. Anything they packed I’m very confident that it will not be damaged. Very polite & professional. My estimate had no surprises & I would highly recommend them. Excellent job!
They are very careful, curtious I love everything about this company!! I have used them since 2011 every move! Ii include lots of cold water a paid lunch their pick and they are worth a tip!! Mr. Scott and his crew mate rocked today!! They were professional, curtious, and happy to oblige with whatever I needed! Love, love this company!!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
