They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their skill and attention to detail when loading the U-Haul were truly impressive — they maximized every inch of space in the truck. They were also very respectful of the property, carefully protecting the floors and walls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. I can confidently say I would never go with anyone else. Thank you again for everything!

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Cross Country Movers exceeded expectations from start to finish—completing our entire move in just 6 hours with impressive speed, efficiency, and clear communication throughout. They were incredibly careful and accommodating in our new place with brand-new floors and fresh paint, handling everything with precision and respect. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us set up a new rug from that wasn’t even part of the move—truly outstanding service.

Good Job
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.

they handled everything very well.
Hiring this moving company may have been the best decision of the year I’ve made. They removed all the stress from moving and turned it into something enjoyable. I had a lot of heavy furniture, but the crew was so in sync that it didn’t seem like much of a challenge. They even went ahead and checked the truck twice to ensure everything was not left behind. I can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend!
Great movers, quick and efficient and easy to work with! One furniture piece ended up with two scratches, but otherwise everything was great! They took down and set back up pieces and moved a couple items multiple times to get the right spot. Highly recommend!

What truly made the difference was the downstream team that handled the actual move—they were outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers
