I didn’t get the name of the two movers but they moved everything with efficiency and speed, from loading to unloading, everything was as smooth as possible. Would most certainly recommend to anyone.
Cruz and his crew were AMAZING! Super fast, thorough, and careful with all of our stuff. Made our move from the Central Coast down to LA easier than I ever could’ve imagined. We’ll definitely be working with Cross Country Movers any time we move again in the future!

When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
The team was excellent and did a great job. We also called last minute and were so glad they could squeeze us in. Paul was also super communicative and kept us in the loop on scheduling. Would recommend!
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
This is our second time using two men and a truck. They’re transparent about costs, punctual and good at what they do. Every person we’ve communicated with has been friendly, helpful, and professional.
Great movers, quick and efficient and easy to work with! One furniture piece ended up with two scratches, but otherwise everything was great! They took down and set back up pieces and moved a couple items multiple times to get the right spot. Highly recommend!
