The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
These guys did an amazing job, fast and very careful. Movers found a lost gold and diamond ring and immediately gave it to us, very honest crew. Disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and were very accommodating of every little request! No hidden fees and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are stressed about moving.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. She was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this place because of her excellent customer service.
We hired Cross Country Movers to help get my 86 year old brother moved from his house to an apartment. The movers were very careful to wrap things like his TV to make sure nothing got broken. They were fast and friendly and willing to help with our requests. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
