There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
They assisted me in packing fragile items I was unsure of how to pack and helped me safely and securely move my furniture. I will definitely book top notch if I ever need moving services. They are truly Top notch!
The movers arrived on time and were very organized. They handled all my belongings with care and ensured everything was packed securely. The team worked efficiently and completed the move quickly. I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
I’ve moved several times and these guys are the best! Thanks again to Van (estimator), Joel (great truck driver and super strong), Jake (lead guy and very strong), and Neka (super wrapper and strong). Hard to imagine, but these guys made our move day enjoyable. We’re richly blessed to know these guys
I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. She was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this place because of her excellent customer service.
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
