One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.

I’ve used Cross Country Movers twice - once for a personal move and recently for an office move and had positive experiences both times. For this most recent move, they showed-up on time and handled our office furniture and marketing materials with care. The crew chief Rob did such a good job packing our storage unit that we were able to cancel the order for a second one. Very happy with their work.
Overall we were very pleased with our move. The company communicated with us every step of the move and so did the truck driver/movers. They were very transparent and flexible with pick up and delivery dates to accommodate to our travel schedule. Would recommend this company to anyone.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
