I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.

Moving can be very stressful, but Victor and his crew made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I was busy taking care of other things, and before I knew it, they were finished. I am so glad I chose Cross Country Movers, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
What truly made the difference was the downstream team that handled the actual move—they were outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. Their organization and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless. Thanks to the team, our move was smooth and well-managed.
