We had a number of heavy items and they handled everything with care and professionalism. This was our first time using movers and can say I will never be moving myself again. I recommend Top Notch, Rimsey gave us a great price and took really good care of us.

There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

They were punctual, respectful of my home and belongings, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
Amazing movers! :) They are very professional and efficient in packing and moving. We also had a very pleasant communication with Ashton, who worked with us to plan our move. We are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning to move soon.
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
