They are cheap and highly suggested.

I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

I also like that they start the clock from the time they arrive and stop it as soon as they are done . Some other companies charge from and to their warehouse and I don’t think it’s a fair practice . Overall, I would def hire them again and recommend them to friends.

Chris and his team were kind, efficient, and so fast while making sure all of my furniture was well protected! I cannot recommend enough. Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Everything was placed exactly

Everything was placed exactly where it needed to go and put back together perfectly. They were so kind, professional, and finished within just a couple of hours. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone moving in NYC!

Happy to Hire them

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Worth every penny.

It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
