My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. I had an amazing experience with Cross Country Movers Services! They helped me move out of my very first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. The team arrived right on time, packed everything up quickly and neatly, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it feel effortless. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch movers!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

Details are the most important part of a move because of sentiments pertaining to your items. Cross Country Movers are very aware of this fact & treat everything as it were their own. I highly recommend them if you care about your possessions. Best experience so far!

On top of being fast, they were also really friendly, kind, and professional the whole time. Honestly, it was the smoothest and easiest move-in I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a move that’s stress-free and efficient.

They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.

The crew was polite!!!
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.

Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
