We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
The Cross Country Movers team of Ante, Marcus P., and Fanty worked incredibly hard while being exceptionally careful throughout our move. They executed the plan we discussed flawlessly and stayed focused until the job was fully complete. We highly recommend this team for any move.

From the booking with Doris, the special attention from Chris Sherman, and the hustle, care and friendly service from all of Martin, Andrew, Senal and Theodore, it couldn’t have gone any better. When I called Cross Country Movers Lucas was the person I spoke with. He was warm, welcoming, and helpful. We scheduled my moving date, and on moving day, Victor and his crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can be very stressful, but Victor and his crew made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I was busy taking care of other things, and before I knew it, they were finished. I am so glad I chose Cross Country Movers, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
