Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
Cross Country Movers helped me move from SF to LA and were excellent. They were timely and very accommodating and made sure that everything was packed carefully. Even when I needed the drop off time to be delayed, they were able to adjust their schedule to meet mine. The movers were also very nice. Highly recommended moving company.
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.

Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
I was nervous about moving across the country, but this firm made it easy. They were punctual, wrapped my gadgets and glass cookware, and assisted me in unpacking when I arrived. Each mover answered my endless questions politely and quickly. I made the best decision by choosing them.
