The movers were amazing! They showed up right on time, were super careful with my things, and made the whole move way less stressful. Everyone was friendly and professional. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable movers!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Will recommend Amex to everyone. Thanks again to Henry and his tea for great service 👌👌
Cross Country Movers moved out office TWICE this year. They did a fabulous job. Jesse, Allie, Shawn, Grant and Dale were our life savers! Dale is our go-to guy for these moves and cubicle builds. Thank you for such a safe and professional move.

The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers
They reassembled everything quickly and put everything exactly where we wanted it, with nothing lost and zero damage. This is truly professional moving company, and I highly, highly recommend them!!
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
