I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. These guys did an amazing job, fast and very careful. Movers found a lost gold and diamond ring and immediately gave it to us, very honest crew. Disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and were very accommodating of every little request! No hidden fees and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are stressed about moving.
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Very polite and totally efficient at accomplishing the work of loading and unloading belongings. They took great care with the furniture and boxes, everything arrived intact. I’d recommend the company to everyone!
They handled everything with care, communicated clearly throughout the day, and worked efficiently without rushing. If you are looking for a reliable moving company in Phoenix for residential moving, packing services, apartment moves, or long-distance moving, I highly recommend them. It’s hard to find movers who are both professional and genuinely caring, but this team delivered on both. We would absolutely use them again for future moves.
I was surprised at how quiet and efficient the movers worked. They moved steadily without wasting time, but never rushed the process. Everything was packed with precision, making the whole move feel effortless.
They were speedy and efficient, while still carefully wrapping our furniture and gently transporting our boxes, especially those with fragile items. I can't say enough about how well our moving day went with Daniel and his team. Strongly recommended for anyone in the Chicago area!
