They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

Whole process so easy!
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.

From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Hats off to Michael/Josh and their crew!! Thanks to both John and Fernando for doing a stellar job!

The crew was polite!!!
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.

BAD PEOPLE!
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

They were speedy and efficient,
They were speedy and efficient, while still carefully wrapping our furniture and gently transporting our boxes, especially those with fragile items. I can't say enough about how well our moving day went with Daniel and his team. Strongly recommended for anyone in the Chicago area!

Cross Country Movers made moving, which is typically so stressful, much easier and a good experience. They do of the hardest physical jobs there is and they laughed, had fun and pleasantly engaged us the entire time. Would absolutely recommend them and am so glad we hired them for our move.
