I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their skill and attention to detail when loading the U-Haul were truly impressive — they maximized every inch of space in the truck. They were also very respectful of the property, carefully protecting the floors and walls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.

I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. On moving day, the crew called ahead to let me know when they were on the way and arrived exactly when expected. The movers themselves were outstanding. They came prepared with dollies, moving blankets, and wrapping materials, and they took great care to protect my belongings. What impressed me most was how fast they worked while still being extremely careful with every item. Even things I hadn't wrapped myself were properly protected before being moved. Communication didn't stop once the truck was loaded. During unloading, they continually checked with me to make sure items were being placed where I wanted them and were happy to accommodate requests. They made the entire process efficient and stress-free. The payment process was simple, the final cost was exactly within the range I was quoted, and the service was worth every penny.
