They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.

These people suck!!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Everything arrived and in perfect shape
Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!

Terrible communication on important matters
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Had an excellent experience with this packers and movers team. They were punctual, professional, and took great care in packing and transporting all items safely. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were polite, responsive, and made sure everything reached the destination in perfect condition. I’d highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy movers.

Just had Edwin and crew conduct a move for me, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first experience hiring movers and they did a great job. They hustled and took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend this crew.

What a great experience with this company.
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Will recommend Amex to everyone. Thanks again to Henry and his tea for great service 👌👌

they handled everything very well.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.

Do not use!!! Beware!!
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.

The crew was polite!!!
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.
