This was my second time using Cross Country Movers, and once again they delivered excellent service. The team - Pupo, Brian, Huberto, and Fidel - arrived early and worked efficiently with a lot of care and consideration. They wrapped my furniture (a first for me in all my moves!), provided a large box for several bulky loose items, and even offered me water, which was such a thoughtful touch. They packed the storage unit really well. Highly recommend!
Cross Country Movers helped us out today moving from North Hills to Simi Valley. Our apartment has no elevator and we were on the top 3rd floor, they were done quickly and worked well as a team. Shout out to Max and his team for all their hard work. We are satisfied with their customer service and would use them in the future if needed. 10/10!
I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I wish more and more success for them.
We had to relocate our small business over a weekend to avoid disrupting operations. And their movers came to our rescue! This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
On moving day. The movers called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know they were almost there. There were four men who came to pack all my furniture. They were very respectful, joyful, kind, patient, and great listeners. I was extremely happy with the effort and great care they took with my belongings. The next morning they delivered all of my home furnishings, and personal belongings in a very timely and efficient manner. They placed my area rugs, where I asked them to. They placed the furniture where I asked them to and were very conscientious of how my new home was set up.
