Happy to Hire them
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Highly recommend.
My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. Everything arrived safe and sound even my jungle garden of plants. Highly recommend.

A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.

Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy.
My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers

they handled everything very well.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.

The movers were professional
The movers were professional and made sure all the items are placed in the right place and also helped with disassembly and assembly of the large furniture like sofa and bed frame.

Great service and lovely to deal with
My partner and I just relocated to SD. I ultimately made the decision to move after getting married. Very few of the relocation companies I contacted even returned my calls. Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.

BAD PEOPLE!
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

On moving day. The movers called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know they were almost there. There were four men who came to pack all my furniture. They were very respectful, joyful, kind, patient, and great listeners. I was extremely happy with the effort and great care they took with my belongings. The next morning they delivered all of my home furnishings, and personal belongings in a very timely and efficient manner. They placed my area rugs, where I asked them to. They placed the furniture where I asked them to and were very conscientious of how my new home was set up.
