they were very communicative leading up to the date. I worked with different teams for each move, but overall, they were fast, thorough, and friendly. Thankfully, there were no damages to my belongings or the buildings. I will be calling them if/when I move again and would recommend them.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers
I didn’t get the name of the two movers but they moved everything with efficiency and speed, from loading to unloading, everything was as smooth as possible. Would most certainly recommend to anyone.
We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
This was a top tier experience from day 1! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Cross Country Movers and HIGHLY recommend my crew. Thank you Davey, Kedrick, and Jeremiah for making an otherwise stressful experience enjoyable! Hope you each have a very happy Thanksgiving!
