As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.

They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!

Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!

Super helpful and strong workers, they mean business! Anything that needs to be taken apart and reassembled at the new place, they’ll do it all and one way or another they will get you moved in nicely. Such friendly workers, we got them some lunch as well as an extra thanks. 100% would recommend and would use again!!

I had an amazing experience with Cross Country Movers Services! They helped me move out of my very first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. The team arrived right on time, packed everything up quickly and neatly, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it feel effortless. Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
