The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
The crew was wonderful. They arrived on time, worked hard and fast. I moved many times and this was by far the best mover’s service I have ever had! Highly recommended!
I didn’t get the name of the two movers but they moved everything with efficiency and speed, from loading to unloading, everything was as smooth as possible. Would most certainly recommend to anyone.
When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.
The team lead told me he went ahead and packed the closets for me. I almost cried from relief. They really went above and beyond in my opinion. Erick, Gabe and Kevin were amazing and made sure to take great care of my items and alerted me to possible issues with some of my furniture as far as wear and tear that could become a problem. This move was basically seamless for me and it was all because they made sure it would be. The quote was accurate and there were no surprises. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! Serj and Daniel, the movers, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Overall we were very pleased with our move. The company communicated with us every step of the move and so did the truck driver/movers. They were very transparent and flexible with pick up and delivery dates to accommodate to our travel schedule. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. Everything was placed exactly where it needed to go and put back together perfectly. They were so kind, professional, and finished within just a couple of hours. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone moving in NYC!
