It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
I used Cross Country Movers for the first time this week and had an amazing experience with them! After comparing quotes, this company gave me the best rate and truly the service was above and beyond. The movers I worked with, Dominic and Barry, were so communicative with me and handled my furniture and possessions with the utmost care. They were so prepared and were a pleasure to work with. I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
