We had a number of heavy items and they handled everything with care and professionalism. This was our first time using movers and can say I will never be moving myself again. I recommend Top Notch, Rimsey gave us a great price and took really good care of us.
Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
They were speedy and efficient, while still carefully wrapping our furniture and gently transporting our boxes, especially those with fragile items. I can't say enough about how well our moving day went with Daniel and his team. Strongly recommended for anyone in the Chicago area!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
We used Aaron Glide to move some items into storage to prep for our upcoming move. Zach and Marcos were excellent! Very impressed with the service they provided and how courteous they were! They were like stealth ninjas moving through the house and packing items. Things were completed within 3 hours and they were on their way! Would definitely use them again!
I’ve used this company multiple times and confidently refer them to my clients. They consistently go above and beyond without ever needing to be asked. Even the small details matter — they laid down a red rubber rug to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated. I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
