I was surprised at how quiet and efficient the movers worked. They moved steadily without wasting time, but never rushed the process. Everything was packed with precision, making the whole move feel effortless.
Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.
Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!
This is our second time using two men and a truck. They’re transparent about costs, punctual and good at what they do. Every person we’ve communicated with has been friendly, helpful, and professional.
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. Super helpful and strong workers, they mean business! Anything that needs to be taken apart and reassembled at the new place, they’ll do it all and one way or another they will get you moved in nicely. Such friendly workers, we got them some lunch as well as an extra thanks. 100% would recommend and would use again!!
Great movers, quick and efficient and easy to work with! One furniture piece ended up with two scratches, but otherwise everything was great! They took down and set back up pieces and moved a couple items multiple times to get the right spot. Highly recommend!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
