They handled everything with care, communicated clearly throughout the day, and worked efficiently without rushing. It’s hard to find movers who are both professional and genuinely caring, but this team delivered on both. We would absolutely use them again for future moves.
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
We were also on a tight schedule, and they absolutely delivered, getting us out of our condo and into our new home right on time. On top of that, they were all very friendly and easy to work with, which made a stressful day much smoother.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.
This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier.
