I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
They organized my wardrobe perfectly and had a great sense of furniture arrangement. They truly have an eye for detail! Despite the challenges of my new apartment, they remained calm and collected throughout. Thanks to them, my first move was incredibly smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services. They are simply the best!
I cannot recommend Cross Country Movers enough! Everyone I interacted with from the first phone call to the final box moved was so helpful. I had a team of two, Matt and Chris, and they were wonderful. They were quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. They were so fast that they finished my move more quickly than expected, even after graciously putting my bed frame back together. If I move again, I will definitely be using them!

The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

The team was punctual, organized, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. It took them the whole night to move all of our belongings which is understandable because we started so late but despite that they made sure to finish the job.

It’s hard to find movers who are both professional and genuinely caring, but this team delivered on both. We would absolutely use them again for future moves.
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
David and his colleagues were friendly and flexible with my schedule. I would use them again. It was a solid overall professional move.
