What truly made the difference was the downstream team that handled the actual move—they were outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. Their organization and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless. Thanks to the team, our move was smooth and well-managed. The company was also incredibly flexible when I needed to reschedule and adjust my move time. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with reminder notifications and confirmation calls, which made everything much less stressful. On moving day, the crew called ahead to let me know when they were on the way and arrived exactly when expected. The movers themselves were outstanding. They came prepared with dollies, moving blankets, and wrapping materials, and they took great care to protect my belongings. What impressed me most was how fast they worked while still being extremely careful with every item. Even things I hadn't wrapped myself were properly protected before being moved. Communication didn't stop once the truck was loaded. During unloading, they continually checked with me to make sure items were being placed where I wanted them and were happy to accommodate requests. They made the entire process efficient and stress-free. The payment process was simple, the final cost was exactly within the range I was quoted, and the service was worth every penny.

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Just had Edwin and crew conduct a move for me, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first experience hiring movers and they did a great job. They hustled and took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend this crew.

They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers

Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Would definitely recommend this moving company
They worked efficiently but made sure everything was packaged and wrapped securely to avoid damage. The move was quick and painless thanks to their hard work! Would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone looking to relocate.

Best movers ever!
When we move we call Cross Country Movers and nobody else! The care they take of our items is always top notch. It’s the patience the guys have with me that I live the most though. I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!

I cannot recommend Cross Country Movers enough! Everyone I interacted with from the first phone call to the final box moved was so helpful. I had a team of two, Matt and Chris, and they were wonderful. They were quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. They were so fast that they finished my move more quickly than expected, even after graciously putting my bed frame back together. If I move again, I will definitely be using them!

Happy to Hire them
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
