From start to finish, the process was professional, organized, and completely stress-free. The team was punctual, careful with every item, and extremely respectful of my time and property. Everything was wrapped properly, handled with care, and delivered exactly as promised. What stood out most was the level of trust. When you’re running a business, you can’t afford surprises or delays and Cross Country Movers gave me total peace of mind during an important transition.
Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!
This is our second time using Cross Country Movers — Igor and Denis were so efficient (& strong!) for our move in the Edgewater area. Super impressed with the speed and diligence in which they worked. Very reliable company and will use for all future moves. Thank you!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Will recommend Amex to everyone. Thanks again to Henry and his tea for great service 👌👌
My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. Everything arrived safe and sound even my jungle garden of plants. Highly recommend.
We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars
The crew was wonderful. They arrived on time, worked hard and fast. I moved many times and this was by far the best mover’s service I have ever had! Highly recommended!
