This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Had an excellent experience with Cross Country Movers!! They assisted me in moving my elderly parents with ease. From the booking with Doris, the special attention from Chris Sherman, and the hustle, care and friendly service from all of Martin, Andrew, Senal and Theodore, it couldn’t have gone any better. They worked incredibly hard and were so patient, respectful and compassionate. Thank you for making what was otherwise a very big challenge into a happy beginning for my parents in their new home.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
They made sure I was happy with the placement, adjusting it a few inches to the right... to the left... before moving on to the next cabinet. I would not hesitate to use Jeff and your company again! Thank you for the excellent service!!
I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease. They really went above and beyond and I will confidently recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs a reputable moving company. I can't say thank you enough!!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
I highly recommend Cross Country Movers for anyone planning a move. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their team is professional, efficient, and their prices are reasonable. They made my move hassle-free and I couldn't be happier with their service.
My partner and I just relocated to SD. I ultimately made the decision to move after getting married. Very few of the relocation companies I contacted even returned my calls. Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.
