If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

Poor estimate and poor communication

My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.

Poor estimate and poor communication

There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.

What a great experience with this company.

What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Everything was placed exactly where it needed to go and put back together perfectly. They were so kind, professional, and finished within just a couple of hours. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone moving in NYC!
