Excellent service and care! These guys came and moved me on the hottest day of the year, and never once complained or slowed down. They wrapped everything and moved it without any mishaps. Highly recommend their services. Very nice and helpful.
They showed up on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care. Communication was clear, they were polite and professional, and they wrapped/loaded efficiently without rushing in a way that felt careless. The move was smooth and done in less than three hours. Would absolutely hire again.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers

This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
Cross Country Movers has helped me over my last 6 moves. They are legit. They are honest, hard working, and provide good customer service. Every crew we’ve had has been great, which has made me such a loyal customer. Recently we had Alex, Ubaldo, and Jugo on our move from Manhattan Beach. The movers who helped were on time, professional, organized and price was decent. They did the job fast and with care. Unlike other movers they are available on holidays and were able to accommodate my move at short notice. I appreciate their prompt communication. I will use their service again.
