My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. We would use them again and highly recommend to anyone else!!! Thank you
I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
We made our reservation over a month ahead of time and received constant reminders in advance of the move date. On the day of the move, Emmanuel, Roberto, and Felix arrived on time and did everything we expected and hoped for to make the move successful (boxing, wrapping, transporting, etc). They were a great crew and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Price was super reasonable as well.
This moving company is the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful right from the start. Moving day went great! No problems. The 3 guys that came to move were fast. I have one more move in a couple of months and will be using them again without a doubt. If you’re moving use them!!

My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. We hired Cross Country Movers to help get my 86 year old brother moved from his house to an apartment. The movers were very careful to wrap things like his TV to make sure nothing got broken. They were fast and friendly and willing to help with our requests. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
