Had a great experience with Cross Country Movers. Robert and Gage were very professional and ensured delivery of our items went smoothly. They handled everything with care and took many safety measures to ensure nothing was damaged throughout the process. I would happily use this company again for my next move.

crew did an amazing job. Brennan didn't even need the dolly he was the dolly. Johnny didn't need a dolly either and backed the truck in and out no problem. I would highly recommend! Thank you guys!

you won’t be disappointed!
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. If anyone is in looks for an efficient, quick, respectful company use Cross Country Movers. Ask for Dylan and Cameron, you won’t be disappointed!

They did everything on my move and not one thing was damaged. I highly recommended good Greek and ask for Gustavo! They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for! I showed my appreciation with a large tip for the whole crew! I will use them again for my next move!

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.

they were very communicative leading up to the date. I worked with different teams for each move, but overall, they were fast, thorough, and friendly. Thankfully, there were no damages to my belongings or the buildings. I will be calling them if/when I move again and would recommend them.

BAD PEOPLE!
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

Price was super reasonable as well.
We made our reservation over a month ahead of time and received constant reminders in advance of the move date. On the day of the move, Emmanuel, Roberto, and Felix arrived on time and did everything we expected and hoped for to make the move successful (boxing, wrapping, transporting, etc). They were a great crew and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Price was super reasonable as well.

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
