Read More Everyone from the movers to the person I spoke with to book my move was extremely nice! You can tell that they really do care about their customers. The two gentlemen were efficient, professional, and had a positive attitude. All of my belongs were handled with care. Pricing was transparent, and there were no hidden fees. Very reasonable. They made moving so stress-free. Highly recommend this company for your moving needs!

SCAM! Do not hire these movers. Alisha, the saleswoman underquoted me at $5k for a long distance move, to get my business. I was quoted $10k by another company. I ask ... Read More SCAM! Do not hire these movers. Alisha, the saleswoman underquoted me at $5k for a long distance move, to get my business. I was quoted $10k by another company. I asked her why the discrepancy in price. She LIED and said the other company did not specialize in long distance moves so they charge double. We went over inventory in detail. Then get a call from Jacob, who I go over the inventory again with. He tacks on another $2k, says there were items missed from the first quote. I argue there weren't. He assured me that if the truck is not full, we won't pay the extra $2k. Movers get there (a different company) they're halfway through packing, call us to come home to tell us that the total is actually going to be $12k! Items were missing from inventory list that they showed us, which they were. Jacob did not include everything I had told him over the phone and he ordered 40 medium boxes. We needed double that apparently. I'm not the expert, how am I supposed to know how many boxes are needed! They have half of our things on the truck already, we're stuck and they know it so we had to sign off on the new price in order for them to finish. We called Coastal Moving the next day and explained the situation, that this is unacceptable. How do you go from a $5k estimate to $12k?! Mind you, we lived in a 2/2 1100 Sq ft house, with barely anything. I am still waiting for a call back, 4 weeks later, after calling three times. I am reporting them to the BBB and leaving this review on every website imaginable. Save yourself, time, money, and aggravation. This company preys on people. They should all be ashamed.

Read More This most recent move was exceptional as always! They took care in taking apart my furniture, wrapping it all, and transporting it to my new home. When we got to the new home they did an amazing job in putting all my furniture back together and making sure it was all sturdy and level! A lot of my furniture has been through two moves with them and it all still looks brand new! I highly recommend them! They work efficiently and know what they are doing. I will use them again in the future if need be.

Read More From the minute they showed up we knew we had hired the right company. They were efficient and professional. They also had a "we can do that" attitude, which these days is hard to find. It was honestly the best move we have had and were so glad we had hired them. They were faster than we had anticipated and made moving look easy. They were pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team. Not to mention I was very surprised at how incredibly reasonable the cost was. Great job James and Raoul! Such a fair and honest price for their hard work, and they zipped right through the job. They even unloaded and put all the disassembled items back together in the new location! I highly recommend them, and will definitely utilize their services when needed in the future.

Read More These guys are amazing! I had booked with a different company and had the worst customer service experience so I called to see if they could take me on last minute and they did! I called on a Saturday for a interstate move on Wednesday. Everyone I spoke with including the crew was beyond wonderful. They loaded, transported and unloaded my things oper in one day, 6 hours away, and the price was unreal. I really can’t stress how pleased I was. They are so polite, professional and do it all quickly. I highly recommend Coastal Moving Services, you will be great amazed.

Read More They runs an amazing business, very customer centered and is there each step of the way to make sure everything goes smoothly. Was able to get moving services next-day for an extremely reasonable price. His crew was very kind, went above and beyond, handled all my belongings with care. I would recommend Coastal Moving Services to anyone in the area.

Do not trust Steven Sanchez. I booked services on April 18th for $2,917.05 for a move on May 26th with Steven Sanchez. I asked Steven if I would be charged more later on ... Read More Do not trust Steven Sanchez. I booked services on April 18th for $2,917.05 for a move on May 26th with Steven Sanchez. I asked Steven if I would be charged more later on or when movers arrived and he guaranteed me that would not happen. On May 22nd, I was told I now needed to pay $4,563.56. They said the new amount was due to my inventory changing. When I discussed inventory with Steven, I told him I had a full couch, small, 6 drawer dresser, and estimated 30 boxes, including 3 plastic bins. He incorrectly wrote that I had a one person couch, a dresser with 3 drawers, and 25 small boxes and no plastic bins. When movers arrived on May 26th, I was told I needed to pay an additional $600 due to not enough square footage being booked. I was at this point, I had to dispose of furniture I told Coastal Moving about and was under the 25 estimated boxes, which was less than my original 30. I was told explicitly I only had to pay $2,917.05. I've also been informed upon delivery, they may change me even more for a truck transfer. I've requested a copy of my original signed contract and the company claims they have no record of that original agreement, even though I was required to sign it in order to book. They only sent me a version that has my initials and Steven’s signature. I've asked for call recordings to be sent where Steven guaranteed me I would not be charged more and where I originally discussed my inventory because I know it was a very detailed conversation. Coastal Moving said I have to contact an attorney to subpoena them. I've called Steven Sanchez to try and find a resolution 15 times as of May 27th and left messages and he has not returned any calls. I would assume his guarantee of the binding estimate of $2,917.05 should be a binding agreement.
